According to a poll given out by Fairinvestment.co.uk, majority of the people who answer the poll chooses to have a fixed-rate Mortgage.
23 percent of the people prefer tracker mortgages, 9 percent want a discounted option, 8 percent favored a variable-rate alternative, and only 3 percent optitng for a stepped deal.
I guess public are obviously careful on exposing themselves to the economy at large. People are now thinking about their future and what they can get out of their investments.
A certain chancellor Alistair Darling called for lenders to make long-term fixed-rate mortgages more widely available, earlier this month.

Video-hopping
Was feeling a little bum today because of the cold weather we have for the past week. Instead of killing myself to death due to boredom I just decided to go online and watch videos on YouTube.
Here's this one channel wherein two Filipino people who uploaded a video of them lip synching on som music and I must admit that I did laugh my ass off while watching them.
Here are two of my most favorite video of them.
Anyway, if you want to see more of them you can go to their channel MOYMOYPALABOY. Go and make yourself laugh out loud.
Anyway, here's also one of the best video that I ever seen when it comes to playing drums.
Oh yes, it's Blink 182's very own drummer Travis Barker. Oh maaan, he's totally awesome.
And since Travis Barker is playing Soulja Boy's Crank That then you may want to also watch this next video to learn the moves.
Oh yesss, so I guess I'mma go now cause I'm still gon do the practice Soulja Boy's Crank that and fly like superman. You know what am sayin.

Something Sweet
Hey guys! I have a very important and good news for all of you. I just got my blog approved from the most innovative (and can I say generous) blog advertising site, Yehey! So you wanna know which site it is huh? This blog advertising site, for me, will probably be the best site in town and I'm proud to say that I am officially a proud member of payperpost. Yes, I'm one of their newest posties! Yipeee!
You know what's great about them? The fact that they have the large number of opportunities available (just don't ask me how they've done it because I have no idea), they also have lots of members which will give me the big chance to meet new set of friends. Thanks to their numerous opportunities because I was able to discover new products, services, and of course places.
Although I must admit that my blog has been rejected for the nth time because I wasn't able to meet their standards but not to worry because right at this very moment my blog was finally been accepted.
I know I said that meeting their standard is not that easy but be fine about it because for me having a high standard means having a good and stable site which also means that payperpost will never be a scam site.
Once your blog was accepted, they will automatically give you an access to their opportunities and when you are done they will pay you after 30 business days. Isn't it great?
Getting curious about it? Why don't you give yourself a try and I guarantee you that you will enjoy it as much as I and the other people do. Take it from me because I experienced their services firsthand.
One more thing, if your blog will be rejected just make sure that you'll comply to what they are looking for and you will surely be shouting the whole world the same line that I shouted and that is:
"I'm officially a proud member of payperpost"

KC Concepcion made me cry a river
It was KC CONCEPCION's first debut show as an actress and as her first time to portray role having a heavy drama, she did great.
Anyway, she did the "Mansyon" episode of MMK which was aired last night and I was really convinced and really made me cry a river, ok I was being exaggerated but seriously talking she did made me cry.
Although there are some scenes that you can see that she's controlling her emotions to be able for her to deliver her lines but still she made me cry. Like, what the heck is she thinking to be able to act that way. She's so great.
She's definitely a beautiful person inside and out with a great talent to show the world. I'll definitely bet that she'll do great on showbiz.

Long Time
Oh maaaan, I seriously missed the blogging. I've been busy for quite a long while now because as you see I'm on my last year in college and I need to set my priorities and that is to finish college.
Being a student was not an easy job, I mean on my 1st year up to my 3rd year in college although I'm getting high grades I'm still not serious in doing my school works but everything seems to change. My preferences suddenly turned on a whooping 180 degrees, I was being all that serious when it comes to my study.
As of now I can't still say that I'm on my way to graduating because a lot of hindrance is still on its way. Like for my thesis, I'm going on my second defense and it will be a do or die moment for me.
I just wished my 2nd defense will be great and hopefully I'll passed and be able to graduate this year.
Anyway, What had happened to your Valentine's day? Did you and your significant others celebrate it this year? As for us, we didn't celebrate it that much because we both have classes. What we did was ate out and made that day our day, we spent a real quality time with each other.
I'm still in th urge to blog more but unfortunately I'm still going to do a lot of school works. I promise to be back with a whole new layout and entry.
Have a nice day.
Belated Happy Hearts Day.
Road Block
Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez, team Philippines, finished 3rd on the overall winners at the Amazing Race Asia Season 2.
How and why did it happen? It's because of the last road block which one team should arrange. They should arrange the flag in chronological order from where the race started and so on. The arrangement should be Singapore, Philippines, China, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, South Africa and back to Singapore for the last pit stop.
Too bad gym buddies, Collin Law and Adrian Yap had memorize each countries flag since they where a kid and because of this they won the race.
Oh well there is always a second time and besides Marc and Rovilson were also winners especially from all the prices that they got being a consistent 1st team to arrive at the pit stop.
By the way, Pamela and Vanessa Chong (sister) was the 2nd placer.
Congratulations to Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez of the Philippines for bringing pride to our country.

Oven Temperature: 190° c - 370° f
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1: You will need….
for the choux pastry
200 ml water
120 g butter
1 cups (250ml) flour
5 eggs
a pinch of salt
for the pastry cream:
500 ml cream
250 g sugar
for chocolate topping:
150 g cooking chocolate
60 g butter
2 medium pans
1 piping bag with medium nozzle
greaseproof paper
1 whisk
1 wooden spoon
1 bowl
cling film
1 small knife
1 baking tray
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 2: Boil the water and butter
Place the small pan on a medium heat. Add the water, spoon in the butter, add the salt and bring to the boil.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 3: Preheat oven
Set the oven to 190ºC (375ºF/ gas mark 5).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 4: Make choux dough
Once boiling, add the flour to the pan of water and stir well with your wooden spoon until it forms a smooth dough. Then set aside to cool.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 5: Make the pastry cream
Begin by adding the cream and sugar into the large bowl. Then taking your whisk, whisk it continuously until the cream starts to form stiff peaks. Cover the bowl with cling film and place into the fridge until you need to use it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 6: Add eggs to pastry
When the pastry has cooled down add in one egg and thoroughly combine using your wooden spoon, then continue to add all the eggs one by one until the dough has formed a smooth, elastic appearance.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 7: Transfer dough into piping bag
Open the piping bag and spoon in the pastry dough. When half filled, close the bag and squeeze the dough down to create enough room for the rest of the dough. When full, close the bag once more and give it one final squeeze down.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 8: Pipe the dough
Cover the baking tray with a piece of greaseproof paper and pipe the pastry dough into roughly 3cm wide and 15cm long, log shaped cylinders. They are now ready to bake.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 9: Bake
Place the baking tray into the centre of the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 10: Make the chocolate sauce
Whilst the pastry is cooking we can melt the chocolate, so place a pan on a low heat and cover with the bowl of chocolate and butter. Allow to melt slowly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 11: Remove from oven
When cooked remove the cooked éclairs from the oven and allow to cool.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 12: Fill with cream
When cooled, slice the length of each of the éclairs with a sharp knife and make a slight opening. Then with a spoon fill all the éclairs with the cream.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 13: Decorate with chocolate
With a spoon, dribble the melted chocolate lengthways over each éclair and leave them to cool. You could even pop them in the fridge.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 14: Serve
Serve these mouth-watering éclairs for dessert or as a special treat.
